Coed Boxing

Everything you need to know about boxing from the basics to advanced. We warm up together before we move on to hit the bags, put in some mitt work and various other exercises to keep your heart rate up. We finish off with a killer ab workout.

What to Bring

Boxing shoes or clean gym shoes, athletic wear, hand wraps, 16oz boxing gloves for males, 14-16oz gloves for females and mouth piece (if sparring)
