Starting August 8th
Silver Boxing is a boxing class designed by Aisling Holt for our Senior community members looking to be more active while learning how to box. All classes are no contact but will require boxing gloves and handwraps.
Silver Boxing Classes will take place on Tuesdays at 8:00 am and Thursdays at 10:00 am
All athletes participating will require additional health forms for safety reasons.
