Boxing Group Classes

Group classes are led by our boxing coaches and consist of a range of exercises traditionally used in the sport as part of an athlete’s conditioning and training. Our classes are geared towards beginners and professionals alike. Jump roping, shadowboxing, partner drills, heavybag, speedbag, and pad work are incorporated into every class. Instructors work on boxing fundamentals and endurance with a heavy emphasis on technique. We teach real technique and real skills to all members. Though there is no sparring in our classes, the techniques acquired from regular practice can be used in the ring.

Group Strength and Conditioning

Our strength and conditioning classes prioritize foundational strength through compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and presses, building the raw power essential for devastating punches and unwavering resilience. Core strength, vital for power transfer and stability, is developed through exercises like planks and medicine ball drills. Explosive power, the key to lightning-fast strikes and agile footwork, is honed with plyometrics, Olympic lift variations, and rotational movements.
